Neo Vision Cosmo Glamour Grey Review

Yay, so after waiting close to 2 weeks for my circle lenses....my package came!
I ordered from Candylens to see if they have faster order processing....and they do! They try to process and send your order out as fast as they can which made me so happy.

Okay, on to the circle lens review!

The package came in this cute box topped off with a bow. I love that Candylens makes your order special . After a long wait for the package, its so rewarding to see it in a good presentation. The package is bubble-wrapped sealed with tape.

Every order comes with a complementary Qcase. I have a light blue pig to add to my collection !
Candylens also includes a hand-written thank you card. It adds a personal touch really shows you that they value their customers.

The lenses fit snugly inside the box!

Since I have very poor vision, I ordered the lenses in a prescription higher by 1 value (I'm a -6.00 ). I find that circle lenses aren't as clear as my regular lenses.

Made sure I inspected the vials for expiration, tampering, or  flaws.

I also inspected the lenses for any deformation. Looks good to me!

I was carefully prying them open using the side of my desk....this step is always the trickiest and not to mention dangerous. The aluminum bands' edges are so sharp, you can cut yourself with them!

Here's what the lenses look like on:

I soaked the lenses using a multi-purpose contact lens solution for several hours before putting them on.
I was really impressed about how the lenses are vibrant when worn. With flash they look icy grey which is exactly the look I was going for.

The lenses look natural on very dark brown eyes. I love the design on them. They fit well and are very comfortable.

The Neo Vision lenses are probably the most comfortable circle lenses I've owned. Neo Visions are pricier than other brands but they are high quality. It shows in the way the lenses are thinner than other circle lenses. Its as thin as my regular Acuvue Oasys contacts! That's impressive.

REVIEW:

Price:
It's more expenssive than other circle lenses but the quality makes up for it.

Design:
It has an orange/amber outer pupil area which makes it blend better on dark brown eyes. There are thin black hash marks instead of a black limbal ring. I like this feature of the lenses because it doesn't make it fake looking. I also like that the pupil area does not impede my vision. I've had this problem with the Dolly Grey by EOS where I can't see clearly because the pupil whole was too small. The Neo Vision, on the other hand, is made where the lens' pupil whole area can accommodate your own pupils.

Enlargement:
It's diameter is 14.2 and find that it doesn't enlarge my eyes. This is a plus for me because I'm not a fan of the big dolly eye effect. It's way too weird and alien looking in my opinion.

Color:
The grey color stands out quite well on very dark brown eyes. It's quite hard to find a vibrant grey circle lens with a natural look. I've had the Dolly Grey by EOS and that looked so fake and scary. The Neo Vision Cosmo Glamour Grey is perfect! With flash photography, it looks absolutely pretty.

Comfort:
My eyes are extremely sensitive so finding a good pair of circle lenses is difficult. I'm very happy that the Neo Vision circle lenses are well-made thin that it feels like I'm wearing my regular prescription lenses. I can wear them for 6-7 hours without much trouble. My eyes get a little dry so I use eye drops. These are my most comfortable circle lenses I've bought. I will buy more Neo Vision circle lenses in the future, for sure.

OVERALL:
I'm very happy with these lenses. They are very comfortable and vibrant, and they also meet my other standards as the best pair of grey circle lenses.

Alrighty, that's it! See ya later guys
